A Robert-Trent Jones, Jr. designed course. Newly opened in 1999. A 243-acre forest preserve. One of four golf clubs that Lake County Forest Preserves offer. Voted "Toughest Hole" hole #9 by CBS. Voted "Top 10 You Can Play - Honorable Mention" Golf Magazine (Mar. 2000), voted "Best New Course You Can Actually Play", Golf Magazine (Best Things in Golf - 2000 Edition).
