Poipu Bay Golf Course on the Hawaiian island of Kauai is best known as the former home of the PGA Grand Slam of Golf. From 1994-2006, this Robert Trent Jones-designed golf course hosted the event, which features winners of the year's four majors. Featuring a spectacular finishing stretch on the cliffs above the Pacific, the 7,123-yard, par-72 golf course, which is an amenity of the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa, opened in 1991. It underwent a bunker and greens renovation in 2010, when the greens were converted from Bermuda grass to paspalum.
