Oaks National Golf Club in Kissimmee is located just minutes away from Walt Disney World and Orlando's many other attractions. The course is a favorite among Osceola County locals. Originally opened in 1986, the club came under new management in 2015. Karl Litten designed the championship layout to showcase the 100-year-old oak trees from which the club gets its name. The trees enhance the scenery but they also present challenges throughout the golf course. Sloping fairways snake around beautiful water features and strategically placed bunkers frame the gently undulating greens. The golf course has some challenging holes but it's still playable for a wide range of skill levels. While the landscape is a beautiful natural setting for golf, Oaks National also provides a home for an abundance of wildlife including wild turkeys, heron, eagles, and hawks.
