Journey at Pechanga

Pechanga resort truly pulled out all the stops on this Amazing Journey through their back valley hillside. The course is groomed emaculately and plays very nice. The greens are extremely difficult however, there is No such thing as a gimmie put here. The staff is very friendly and helpful and makes the experience very enjoyable. I also got lunch at the snack shack which was tops at very reasonable prices. If you are in the area and have time for a round I Highly recommend you play here.

Played well today. Gave condition a 4 rating only because I don’t like brown fairways. But in reality the color had no bearing on the great lies I had. If the color was green I would have given 5 stars. Green were very fair today. Medium speed. Bunkers were incredibly nice. First cut around the greens were near perfect conditions. I love this course. Highly recommend to anyone who loves quality golf.

You need to know how far you hit your clubs to play this course. Lots of forced carries, trees, ponds, and other things. Hit left fairway and went into the water on the right on one hole. Lots of bird droppings, which I didn't like. Putting surface was tough. Worst putting round I've ever had, not sure if it was me or the course. Tough pin placements, lots of undulation. One of my favorite courses, so I must be a masochist. Great chipping area for warm up.

Range balls included with green fees, went out as a twosome as the other two didn't show. Passed a slow foursome on the forth hole and another foursome let us through at the turn finished in 3.5 hours from 12:30 to 4:00. Greens are really fast and difficult.

Greens are perfect like usual. Fairways are in tough shape because they didn’t over seed but the golf course is always nice. Saw two coyotes. They need to do something about the Coots on 15 green. A lot of bird poop there

Great layout. Beautiful condition. Great warmup areas. Range balls included with fees. Every staff member we encountered was awesome. I can’t believe I’m going to say this...the starter was great and super helpful!! Some great views on 3 or 4 holes. Will definitely be playing here more.

Incredible course layout that is challenging! The staff was very friendly and helpful. All tee box’s, fairways and greens were , adequately maintained. Price is worth every penny especially on golf now app!

This is a gem in wine country. The course is in excellent condition. The sand traps could use a little more sand as some were hard. But the fairways and greens are immaculate. The starter was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. The cart staff gives you first class treatment. Bring your A++ game. The views are amazing.

Great friendly staff and Vincent was a very helpful starter. Short game area and practice facilities are top notch and you could spend a whole day there and never hit the same shot twice. The parking lot is somewhat small so there is overflow parking across the street. You can drop your bags off and there was a courtesy cart that shuttled back to the pro shop to check in. Highly recommend coming here.
