Located in the Hancock Park area of Los Angeles, the Wilshire Country Club offers a private, 18-hole golf course that is 6,531 yards with a par of 71. The course is known for its gorgeous greens, but the maintenance of the entire course is outstanding as well.
A "no cell-phone" policy is enforced everywhere but the parking lot and the dress code is also strictly enforced. The course is beautiful, with a natural stream running through it and tree-lined fairways, providing not only scenic views but also a challenging game. One of the most well designed and maintained courses in Southern California, even though it is private it would be worth it to try to get an invite from a member.
