The 18-hole Harding Golf Course is one of four public courses at downtown L.A.'s Griffith Park. The terrain covers 6,536 yards with a par of 72 and is sprinkled with beautiful California Oaks. The golf course has a nicely maintained, fairly open layout.
This popular public course offers a good game for all skill levels with its narrow, tree-lined fairways and water hazards and also some bunkers on some of the holes. The Harding course has reasonable fees and for hot days, Griffith Park also sports a 50-tee double-decked driving range with misters on both decks that is great for beginners or just getting practice.
