Often touted as the most difficult golf course in the world, Pete Dye's Stadium Course at PGA West presents one challenging hole after another.
With water on more than half the holes and Dye's signature deep bunkers throughout, the 6,800-yard par 72 will keep you on your toes. The par 3s can be particularly difficult, including the 255-yard, par-3 sixth, which is mostly carry over water, and the shorter 17th, which features an island green, ala TPC Sawgrass.
The 17th is also considered the golf course's signature hole, and there is an automated camera ready to take your picture when you play it. Recent renovations have actually rendered the Stadium Course at PGA West, a perennial site for PGA Tour School finals, a little more player friendly.
