Blackhawk Country Club's Lakeside course opened in 1979 and was designed by architects Bruce Devlin and Robert Von Hogge. This exclusive private club is located in Danville at the base of Mt. Diablo in the East Bay of California and features heavily rolling land for both the golf courses and real estate amongst the 4,800-acre golf and residential community. The older of two golf courses at Blackhawk C.C., the Lakeside plays over 6,900 yards from the championship tees, about 200 yards longer than the newer Falls course.
