The Zaharias Course is one of two 18-hole championship courses at Industry Hills Golf Club. The course is named after Babe Didrikson Zaharias, one of America's greatest all-around athletes, and affectionately known to locals as the "Babe." The sprawling golf course was intentionally designed to be narrow and long. At 6,821 yards from the championship tees, the course presents one of southern California's more sizeable challenges. In addition to plenty of length, the layout also features large, undulating greens accented by strategically placed bunkers and several lakes that come into play throughout. Babe is the more forgiving of the two golf courses but it still presents a formidable challenge. The praise for Industry Hills' courses goes on as long as the courses themselves. For more than 25 years the club has provided some of the best public golf holes on the west coast.
