Following a $6.2 million renovation by renowned architect Randy Heckenkemper, Pinnacle Country Club - which originally opened for play in 1990 - boasts Zorro zoysia fairways, tees and green surrounds. Roughs are a tall fescue/Midnight Kentucky bluegrass blend, and the greens are Tyee creeping bentgrass. Pinnacle C.C. has hosted numerous high-profile guest golfers, including First Lady Laura Bush, President Bill Clinton, Greg Norman, Larry Bird, Wayne Gretzky, Glen Campbell, Dan Marino, Adam Sandler, Morgan Freeman, Joe Montana and Jerry Rice.
