Located in the Southeast Valley, Las Colinas Golf Club has a stunning landscape covered in native grasses and mesquite and cottonwood trees. Golfers can also enjoy mountain views from some holes. The golf course's greens are separated by vast desert washes accented by native fauna. Las Colinas Golf Club is a more subtle challenge with carefully crafted mounding and shaping in the fairways, making them more distinct from the flat desert surroundings. There are two lakes that come into play, most notably on the fourth hole. Greenside bunkers add another challenging element, but the golf course is still quite player friendly for any skill level.
Previously named Chuparosa Golf Course and opened in 1982, Las Colinas was redesigned in 2001.
