Situated at the base of the Estrella and White Tank Mountains just west of Phoenix, Falcon Golf Club offers a unique golfing experience. Players are occasionally treated to an air show with the F-16 Fighting Falcons from Luke Air Force Base flying their daily maneuvers across the Arizona desert, but it is the interesting layout and affordable rates that have made it one of the valley’s favorite public golf courses. Falcon Golf Club's front nine has a more traditional, parkland-style layout but shifts to a target-style, desert course on the back nine. There are bunkers and water hazards throughout and there are trees separating the fairways and greens.
