The Bear Course at the Bear Creek Golf Complex is the longer of two courses at the facility. The golf course has a low-lying inland links-style layout with subtly contoured greens, rolling fairways, and strategically placed bunkering. Water comes into play throughout the course, most notably on the course's signature holes, the par-3 fifth and the sweeping par-5 18th. The layout is challenging enough to host a variety of Arizona Golf Association qualifying events, but it is still playable for all skill levels. In addition to the two golf courses, Bear Creek Golf Complex also offers a full grass driving range, two putting greens, and a short game area with a bunker.
