Designed by William Newcomb with views of Anchorage and Mount McKinley, the Anchorage Golf Course is unique in several aspects from courses located in the Continental States. Summer play can range from as early as 4:30 AM to well after midnight. The golfer is offered rolling fairways, tree lined with spruce and white birch. Water comes into play on 4 holes. It is 12 miles from the International Airport. Ranked second best in Alaska by Golf Digest.
