Description
FarmLinks Golf Club, a Hurdzan-Fry design, offers a challenging mix of dramatic elevation changes spread across 3,500 acres of land owned by the Pursell family. Whereas some golf course designers are forced to fit holes into limited amounts of space, the designers of FarmLinks had over 3,500 acres of diverse, available land to use when planning the layout.
Open to the public, FarmLinks promises a fun but challenging experience for golfers of all levels. With its unique purpose and design, FarmLinks is a must see, must play course. And to continue its legacy of education and support for the game, FarmLinks operates a First Tee learning facility for community children.
The golf course's signature hole is the par-3 fifth, which features the largest green on the golf course. FarmLinks also offers five-stand clay shooting, hunting, and fishing.
DIRECTIONS: From I-65 in Birmingham take 459N to highway 280. Make a right on 280 and go approx. 30 miles to 2nd stoplight in Childersburg. Take a right on County Rd. follow to dead end. Make a right and the course is half a mile on the left.
