Description
Vestavia Country Club offers one 18-hole course and one 9-hole, par-3 course. The club is conveniently located near downtown Birmingham; therefore, it is relatively close to residential areas. The 18-hole golf course's trademark is the dramatically undulating greens that are quite difficult to read. The fairways are wide open and there are plenty of greenside and fairway bunkers. To add some variation to the course, the front nine and the back nine are very different but both have the same level of challenge. Vestavia Country Club's back nine features several doglegs to be cautious of. Its location on the slope of a mountain also causes many uneven lies.
