Situated on the island of South Uist in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland, Askernish was first laid out by Old Tom Morris in 1891. It has recently been restored to its original position by Gordon Irvine and Martin Ebert using entirely traditional design principles.
Enviromental experts have already hailed the Askernish as "the most natural links course in the world"
