The Legends

The residents of Warman have got themselves an absolutely great golf course. I viewed this course on my drive up to Prince Albert National Park and told myself that looks like a course that I need to play. I didn't get a chance until the following year but very glad I made the 3.5 hr drive...what a pleasant surprise. Nice wide rolling fairways lined separated by tall wispy fescue grass, well placed bunkers, large undulating greens and water hazards on 10 of 18 holes. The course demands well placed drives or lines off the tees followed by your best dart throwing exhibition into the pins on these roller coaster greens. Give the greens some respect, if you're not dialed in, you will have more than your share of 3 putts...or worse. There is a very good menu available in the restaurant. Nice practice facilities on site to work on those areas of your game that need work.
