17, island par 3. 144 from the black tees Photo submitted by glutenfreeohio on 09/07/2019
Love this course!
Boulder Creek is one of the best layouts in Northeast Ohio. 5 sets of tees to choose from that challenges all skill sets.
The staff is super friendly; overall it's a great experience.
Where’s the marshal?!!!
Once again, horrendous pace of play. 6 hour rounds on a weekday is ridiculous. Such a waste of a beautiful course. Seems like this has been an issue here for years, and there’s no effort made to improve pace of play. Super unfortunate.
Impressive facility
Weather turned out better than expected and made the whole day very enjoyable.
Golf course in great shape for this time of year. Pro shop is outstanding! Staff very friendly and accommodating. Great management.
Nice day out
Great day to play course was wet but to be expected greens were good for this time of year. Range and putting green not open but understand that as well this time of year. Great course and nice people.
1st round golf ⛳️
First time playing here and it was well worth the price. The course was in great , condition ( no leaves, branches, debris). Can't wait to play this course in season with the trees full, fairways tight and greens rolling.would greatly recommend Boulder Creek to everyone.
Must play NE Ohio Course
Cooler and windy day of golf, the course was wet from rain over the last few days but played well. Very unique and challenging course but once in season will be very picturesque.
Great play
Always an enjoyable day! This course always in good shape and great design!! Look forward to playing again in the spring!
WOW
Being from Scottsdale Arizona I thought I had known what beautiful golf courses and scenery was. Now that I’ve played here I know now I was missing out on so much. This course really makes me want to move to Ohio just so I can play here everyday. I loved it.
Spectacular
Entertained an out of state friend. He and I are both no strangers to private clubs and this course was a great value. Despite being late in the season, the course was in great shape. Already lining up other friends to take here.
Good Course - Slow Pace
Great layout and great conditions, waited on almost every hole on the back 9. Took 5 hours for the whole round. If terrible golfers who couldn't even hit the ball played on the courses they belong on, it would have been a better day.
Wow
We had the first tee time and what a site to see. This is probably by far the best course I have played in North East Ohio. When playing the course teases the island 17 hole. Beautiful!
Course good, value not so good
The course was in good shape, but was crowded and took more than 5 hours. Waited on 6 tees and other shots. No ranger out to keep people moving.
Ever hole has a 4’ border on each side of fairway line with dead/dormant grass.
It was very hot and sunny. There was no water in course and no person driving around with drinks/food. The halfway house was closed after 9th hole so had to go back to clubhouse.
The person in clubhouse said not know anything about no water on course and no one to ask.
Great Course
This was the nicest public course I have played in Ohio. Lots of elevation changes, beautiful scenery. Course was in excellent condition. The greens were a little slow probably because we have had so much rain lately. Loved the layout! I don't now if they allow it but I would not want to walk this course. Many hills and really spread out between holes.
Wet
The Course wasn’t holding water well. It was really soggy. The layout was impossible to follow. There were so many extra cart paths for the grounds crew it was easy to get lost. Holes were spread out and intertwined. Finally, whoever cut the hole on 18, I hope you’re having a better day. It was the most ridiculous cut hole I have seen outside of tournament play. It was literally in the center of a significant slope. I missed a putt short by a couple inches and it rolled back 15 feet.
