Troon Links - Fullarton
About
The Troon Links - Fullarton sits just minutes from Royal Troon Golf Club's links and comes in at a relatively short 5,000 yards, making it appropriate for newer golfers or a quick warm-up.
The Troon Links - Fullarton is uplands links and features narrow fairways that undulate and are guarded by heather and gorse. The long hole comes first, measuring 434 yards, and six par-3 holes require precision rather than power.
Many golfers golf the Troon Municpal Fullarton Course in tandem with Lochgreen or Darley. Others, such as women and short-gamers, choose just these 18 holes.

Fullerton
Course getting bit of work done on a couple of holes, other than work on two fairways the course playing well.
Troon Fullerton
We had a wee trip down from Glasgow to avoid the mud. The greens at Fullerton are great for the time of year nice firm fairways and the wind made it a good test of golf. The greens are firm and small so its great practice for your shortgame. Great value gor £20 I will definately play it again.
Good condition for time of year
Good condition for time of year, especially after last weeks rainfall
Good starter course
Introduced my grandsons to the fullerton they both are members of a club in glasgow a par 71 they both enjoyed playing the fullerton that's now twice that they've played it now and it's been really good for their game I will encourage them to play it a lot more
Great place to enjoy golf without breaking the bank
Played the Fullarton twice in the past few weeks. It’s a great course if you are time limited. A links without too many bunkers. Course is short but the par 3s are still a good length. The greens are small but in excellent condition. Great course for sharpening up your short approach shots. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Fullerton
Decided to book a last minute round at Fullerton , as I’d played these three courses growing up and they never disappoint .
Council run golf course and there’s three to choose from.
Friendly welcome at reception , bar and lounge .pro shop and big putting green to get a feel for links golf .
Fullerton offers a good selection holes , not the longest but a great course nevertheless , the greens as ever are first class .
Links golf at its very best .
Nice
Good course would definitely recommend fairways could be doing with some work but other than that great short course to build confidence will play again
Ideal for beginners
Played for the first time yesterday and it's an ideal course for beginners or players still early in their golfing career. Some very short par 4s help with scoring.
The course was very dry considering the amount of rain in the area lately and was in decent condition for the time of year.
Only fault would be that the holes could be doing with being better indicated as I would have struggled to find the next holes without the 18birdies app.
