Kilrea Golf Club

When every other inland course in Ireland was closed today due to recent storms and flooding, Kilrea was open. Not only that - the greens were superb and placing was in the fairways only. Our feet were not even wet! Highly recommended course.

This is a friendly golf course that is well presented and great value for money. A relaxing venue for an enjoyable round of golf on an interesting and demanding course. The greens are in superb condition but are not easy to read and very fast on those downhill puts. Well worth a visit you will not be disappointed.

Great wee 9 hole course. Always in excellent condition even with the wet summer we have had. Staff and members are always super friendly. Definitely great value for money 👍

Great condition considering 2 Strom's have just rolled through. Fairways were like greens and the greens rolled brilliantly.. the members were extremely friendly and helped with directions to the next tee boxes.. wouldn't hesitate to play here again and would highly recommend

This course had all the potential, but as visitors forbthe 1st time, the change to temporary greens and no signage for all holes was slightly confusing. I would like to try this in the coming months as I do believe it as the potential to be great.

Unfortunately the secretary of the club decided he wanted to take our sunday morning tee time without any notice or warning . Approached us (being the only non members there) asked the tee time , blamed @golfnow for the mistake then arrogantly went on to state that members had priority, which may be the case but at least have the common decency to inform the people who's tee time you decide to take , been several times and never had any problems before this ,the course itself is a hidden gem. Won't travel to it again after today tho
