Everything beautiful except the golf
Last time I played here I really enjoyed it, but looking back I think it's because I was playing golf differently, much less seriously. Now that I'm a more serious golfer, I can't believe they charge $180usd for this course. The greens aren't worth $20, and the rough eats up balls so much that they should be paying you!!!!! The rough is like a canopy that makes it nearly impossible to find your ball, even though you may be standing right next to it... The layout/cuts/design is unique, and there is so much potential for this site/course to be something spectacular. Unfortunately with the greens slower than sand, the rough acting like a water hazard, and some of the holes having truly extreme elevation changes with miniscule tabletop greens, I will never be back unless they bring the green fee down to $30 (which obviously will never happen). Honestly even at $20 I can't say it's worth playing regularly... it's not golf...
the views are spectacular, and the environment is really inspiring and fun, the food was excellent, the service and attitude were all great, but don't come here to actually play golf, it's a waste of money.
