Great course well worth a trip

Always like playing Carrick, greens were excellent, with the recent bad weather the course a tad softer than you'd usually find it this time of year, but still enjoyable to play, well worth a visit, a bit of a hidden gem.

Challenging course

Loved the hilly nature to the course, definitely adds something different. Staff were all friendly.Only issue for me was the location of the tee box on hole 9 especially for a beginner having the green so close. Will definitely be back !

Perfect weather

Beautiful course, excellent value

I've played this course a few times, for this session the weather had been fairly good for a couple of days prior and the ground was perfect; not to mention well maintained fairways and beautiful greens. Carrick is a great course, its challenging but not intimidating; great for all abilities.

The staff and members are super friendly, there's a well stocked pro shop and a nice bar lounge too. We played on a Monday morning and the course was fairly quiet; we got around in 4.5 hours and that included a coffee stop at the turn. The course is quite hilly in places, but the views are well worth the effort.

Nice Course

I really enjoyed the course. It was a little wet under foot in some place but the greens were quick and rolled perfectly. Hopefully the course stays open and I have to chance to play it again during the summer.

Great course,

Enjoyed this course playing for the first time going back to play in a scramble over the bank holiday weekend.

The course was great and steep in places and views were excellent. Didn’t get the chance to check out the food facilities or the shop.

Only one small comment was as it was first time on the course did make the mistake after the 8th hole of crossing over the road as signage said next tee that way and played hole 11,12 and 13 before I realised I had missed 9 & 10. But when I reached hole 18 as they were available I played 9&10 before 18.so completed the course in 4.5 hours and I think I clocked up 20,000 steps good for the fitness,

So just a minor thing with the signage there maybe write on the sign next tee hole 11 then I would not have made the mistake.

Thank you for a great day after all the rain the course in perfect condition and well done to the golf course! See you soon!

Fun outing

Nice layout with some tough holes. Fairway conditions were ok but greens were outstanding, soft but lightning quick. Lots of elevation changes and some nice views. Staff and members were very friendly and helpful. Very inexpensive, in fsct they should charge more and use the $ to make the fairways mast the greens. Carrick on Suir is a pretty little town
