One of the top golf courses in Northern France, Aa St. Omer Golf Club was designed by Johan Frederick Dudok van Heel, a 15-time amateur champion of the Netherlands. This 1989 parkland design plays along a hilly terrain with dogleg holes and elevated greens. The course is just over 6,800 yards long, playing as a par 71 for pro tournaments. For the public, however, Aa St. Omer Golf Club plays to a par 73, including a par 38 on the front side, which is nearly 3,800 yards. Noted holes are the par-3 second, with 70 feet of elevation, and the risk-reward par-5 18th.
