Course irragation is crap always floods... Greens...what greens... matted dirt. Fairways... roll your ball till you find something that looks like dead grass and be happy with it.

Bay View is a cheap course that has par 3 &4 courses. It's a good course to play for people who just started and are making the transition from par 3 golf courses to Par 72 courses.
