Course Review and Comments

This course is in terrible condition. The driving range is nothing but bare dirt and sand. They have mats that are ripped and torn up.

It looks like they are preparing to close down.

Half of the teeing areas on the golf course are dead grass and sand, the other half are 6" high weeds. The fairways are half dirt, there is some spotty grass growth on the other half.

This place is probably going to close soon. That is the only reason one can think of for allowing a golf course to go down hill so quickly into a state of disrepair. IT would take a bunch of money and a lot of time to bring this place back to a position where it resembles a golf course.

Its location is great, but the facilities are in terrible condition. They apparently don't have a working irrigation system so when I played every swing stirred up a dust cloud. I hit three balls on the driving range out of a $7.50 bucket and left because I didn't want to hit off of sand. On this particular perfect for golf weather Saturday there were less than 20 cars in the parking lot. I should have taken that as a sign and turned around.
