Course Review and Comments
To whom it may concern,
My name is Alvey Evans. I am emailing you to express my dissatisfaction with the management of the Charwood Golf Course.
My wife purchased a gift certificate from CCC for free lessons at CCC. I tried all spring and summer to get the lessons, even offering to take free golf in leiu of the lessons.
I was told the golf pro, Mr. Shane Hilton, left and I would be contacted when a new pro was available. I called and called even visiting the clubhouse a few times trying to get the lessons. My final contact with the course was with a gentleman who called himself "Rock".
I was told when a new instructor was hired I would be notified by the CCC.This in itself indicates to me that CCC is responsible. When I tried to get reimbursed, it was not a good experience. My wife and I got into a heated discussion with "Rock" as to who would reimburse us the $125.00 paid for the lessons.
"Rock" said even though CCC sold us the lessons certificate, they were not responsible and that we would have to contact Mr. Hilton to resolve the issue. I contacted Mr. Hilton. He said he left under less than favorable conditions and that the golf course had taken the money and he was not responsible.
I don't expect to get my wife's money because of all the fuss we made in trying to get our money back. My wife even had a seizure in the clubhouse due to "Rock's" attitude.
I just want to get this off my mind and will post every kind of negative advertising for the course. I know you don't care but I hope you get this message. Sincerely,
