Course Review and Comments
3 seniors from Vancouver, Canada. fantastic sunny, warm day in last week of March. We lucked out with summer conditions. Fairways and tee boxes were in good shape after rainy month in Pacific Northwest. Greens were hard and fast. The difficulty with this course is the areas surrounding the greens. Missing the many elevated fast greens, it was difficult to recover because many of the greens had large mounds on the edges of the greens. You required touch to bounce into the mounds to keep your 3rd shots on the greens or to hit lob shots to hold the greens. The same problem occurred when you had to hit your sand shots up to the raised greens. Warning -that you should definitely cart as there are excessive distances between greens and the next tee boxes. The course has also reduced the number traps in the landing areas to ease the difficulty after comments last year but the course remains too difficult for the average player. A fantastic new clubhouse has been added. Very good price and value but I wonder how many golfers will return after the course beats them up. I have played twice and it is unlikely I will play the course again.

This is an amazing value for the money. I have played here over 10 times and it humbles me every time! The greens are usually fast and you really have to come in high to get the ball to stick. I play
