Course Greens/Fairways Condition Comments	1/5. I only give it a "1" because the greens were in relatively good condition. They were watered (perhaps over-watered) by hand. The remainder of the course was dry, with lots of weeds. There was limited grass on the tee boxes, and that wasn't well mowed. It looks like they are very short of staff (and cash) to properly maintain this course. George Fazio would be ashamed of what became of his creation. The overall design is fine, if it were to be maintained. I'm a 10 hcp, and played the regular men's tees measuring 6716 yds. This was a bit long for me, although the dry conditions helped. I had played the Donald Ross designed East course last year, but given the conditions on the West, I think I'll go elsewhere rather than waste my money.
