Course Review and Comments
Our 4some played both courses in the same day. The Saguaro (new course) was spectacular to say the least. The course was in pristine condition and it was the 1st time they were letting carts on the course which made the day so much more enjoyable.The greens were perfect, but deadly tough to putt on. Fairways were perfect and we could not have asked for a better day. played the 18 in just over 3 hours - there was not a group ahead of us until the 16th hole!in the afternoon we played the Cholla course. This is a much tougher track than its sister Saguaro. Many doglegs, very tough greens and you really need to know the course as there are many blind shots. Again the course was in great shapeand could not have asked for more from We-Ko-Pa. The only reason I gave the Service 3* instead of 5 is because they wanted to basically charge us full price to play for another hour or so until darkness. After spending over $600 (8 rounds + lunch/drinks on the course), you figure they would be a little more accommodating...nevertheless, we would return in a heartbeat to play these tracks again. Bext in AZ, hands down.
