Course Review and Comments

I don't play golf, but I love to look at golf courses. The Desert Springs courses are beautiful and relaxing. The staff are very particular about upkeep of the course, which is a round-the-clock activity for them.

One thing I find both amazing and irritating at the same time is the way golf carts are used these days. No one seems to stay on the paved cart ways. Instead, they drive the cart right up to the ball and take their shot. It reminds me of polo rather than golf. Thank goodness there is restraint about driving the cart on the greens.

The after-golf activities there are super. Their spa is one of the best I've seen. The restaurants are very good. The multi-story Lobby Bar is relaxing. romantic and architecturally interesting. The lunch at the spa is not only nutritious, it tastes great.

I know you will enjoy this resort and its courses.
