We've experience our last letdown from an overpriced facility. Conditions have been deteriorating for years but the price doesn't reflect it. There is seemingly no sense of order or management attention. Ridiculously slow play and no players assistants to be found. Front nine took 1.5 hours, back took 3.5. Tons of groups started on 10 between turning groups. Low class. Lounge and restaraunt staff seems perturbed that you'd like a drink or a sandwich after a round. What, no reservation? And the place is empty. Goodbye Thousand Oaks, sorry the economy is making it tough, but you're not even trying to compete.

It was memorial day. And the greens were a mess with debris. I was appalled by the price for the course.
