Course Review and Comments

I was passing though route 70 and I saw a public golf course and though I might stop. First impressions: great location, great views, nice driving range, moderately priced, more or less, just what I was looking for. I played an enjoyable round, the course conditioning was what I would expect for its price range, and completely acceptable. However, upon returning to the club house, I was treated to some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. when I enquired about a manager I might be able to speak with, there was no manager available, and no member of the staff had any information as to when a manager would be available. There were several course regulars, who upon recognizing my complaint, informed me that this is status quo. Management is rarely available, and the concerns of the customers are never taken into account. when I enquired about a comment box, I was told it was removed, because 'they only received complaints'. I find it appalling that such a nice course have such neglectful management.
