For the price, they seriously lack in service. When we arrived, the bag person was on his cell phone for 5 minutes so we had to wait for him to finish before he took care of our bags. They were not welcoming at all and for the price, they should have been receiving us with a friendly welcome. The cart girl wasn't allowed to give us a lid or straw with our sodas because they said people throw them on the course. They also don't give you condiment packets for the same reason so she waited while we squirted the mustard out of her community mustard container. The entire staff seems serious and unhappy which I think is a reflection on the management. Every course I have played at these prices, including Pebble Beach and many others had their courses in pristine condition and had impecible service in comparrison to Plantation. Very disappointing.
