Course Review and Comments
Worst customer service I have experienced in any golf course. Not recommended. They overbook, and there is absolutely no course management.

This is from their survey: What can we improve, and this is what I said: Don't overbook! I experienced the worst customer service ever on a golf course and let me explain why. We waited 56 minutes for our scheduled tee time, of course with this said, we did not finish 18 holes, we were not even close. We waited between 10-15 minutes on every hole, talk about slow play. Also, the Marshall was never seen on the course helping with the movement of the players. In addition, the course does not have consistant yardage markers, which in turn slows the play down for everyone. We were only given a rain check for 9 holes, and only after having to explain our miserable playing experience. We did not sign up to play 9 holes and then 9 holes later in the month! On a side note, this is the first golf course that charges for range balls for warm up before play, ridiculous. My rate of the whole experience is 0-1, 5 being the best. To top it off, there was no apology, no reimbursement, no future courtesy play. Let me put it this way, in your their own words their goal is to "provide excellent customer service and a wonderful golfing experience".... not even close. In customer service, especially when you provide a service and not a product, there are many ways of "making it up" for the customer, in yesterday's experience, absolutely nothing was done other than a petty rain check for 9 holes. Not recommended. |

I thought this was a fine, and fun course...especially for the price. I supposed one could say some of the Quarry holes are "tricked-up", but to me that's part of the fun of this course. T

Very slow play. Five hours and forty-five minutes, never saw a ranger. Dont give your credit card to the beverage cart because they kept mine and then closed the pro shop before we were done with the

Interesting course - 9 holes are old and were built on pretty flat land. The newer 9 run through old quarries and have spectacular views and elevation changes. I do agree that they book times too clo
