Course Review and Comments
Majors is a great layout, very typical of an Arnold Palmer design. A few forced carrys but most holes do alow for a run up shot. Good range of tees depending on your skill level, making the course play from nice and easy for a beginner to quite the test from the tips, like some 7200 yards from back there. A few holes on the back nine have been ripped out to make room for more houses and were replaced with some new holes re-routed that are not designed by Mr. Palmer. Signature hole is the island green hole on 15, plays like over 200 from the tips! Great practice facility as well. Huge chipping green and a huge putting green, range includes a 3 hole practice course that can be played from several different tee locations to each green. Would definitely recomend playing here. Majors G.C. also offers a membership program for frequent players that is a pretty good deal if you were to play there all the time.
