Course Review and Comments
The hidden "crown jewel" of the southwest. Simply the best course in arizona. The GCS plays as good as any USGA tournament track on game day 340 days a year. In the winter the bent grass greens roll at a scary 13+ on the stimp while in the summer they are a consistent 10. This high end private club has circular driving range with multiple tee pads and a short game area to die for. The clubhouse is magnificent and the staff are all helpful and exceed expectations. The new initiation price of $25k plus $850 monthly dues is a steal for golf purists seeking the ultimate desert golf experience.

TGCS has the potential to be one of the best - not just in Arizona, but anywhere. Holes 1-12 are the best stretch of golf I've ever seen- exceptional. Unfortunately, the 15th hole is awful- perhaps
