Course Review and Comments
Templer Park Golf and Country Club (TPCC)has a stunningly beautiful view amidst green mountain in the distance and a mystical looking limestone rock in the vicinity. The limestone provides different persona from different holes and is in constant view throughout the course. At certain holes the course gives the feel like you are in a Japanese zen garden.
The course is very well designed and very well maintained. The fairways are consistently clean and the roughs are well controlled providing real unexpected challenges. The greens are excellent and consistent in speed in all 18 holes.
The caddies are polite and professional. Club house were under renovation (2013). The restaurant serves a wide selection of local and Japanese food.
I have played this course many times and it never ceased to excite me with the challenges and the scenic beauty.
