Course Review and Comments
If you wish to take a step back in time to how golf was played when the game first started then this would be the experence you are after .the course though only 9 holes is played over rambling pastrol lands with stock (sheep )as your constant companion ,it has the charm of the scottish low lands .the greens are small and challenging as they are of a soil composistion (not sand )so your iron shots in must be well judge to keep the ball on the green ..the rough out side of the fair ways is always a fair challenge of ones ability to keep the ball in play .on the 2nd 9 holes the tee blocks change for most of the holes and what was a 344 meter par 4 the 1st time round ,could be a daunting par 5 the next time you hit of .
Club days are sundays and the locals are very warm and welcoming and you are most welcome to join us for a brown lemonade after a hard days work (fun )at the 19th . the cheap green fees and the fact the course is right on the main road makes for easy ,affordable golf.
