Course Review and Comments
Millwood is a fairly short course, but there are OB or lateral hazards on almost every hole. Driving the ball straight is a must. The zosia fairways are wonderful and the bent grass greens are in great shape. The zosia tee boxes have been spotty in the past, but are in very good condition now. The greens have enough slope and are quick enough that you need to stay below the hole to keep from 3 putting. I am a charter member at Millwood and have played close to 1,000 rounds there without getting tired of the course. It is a nice layout with beautiful scenery and the greens have enough slope and undulation to keep you interested.
