Course Review and Comments
To be fair concerning my comments, I'm 64 years of age and have been playing the game for 41 years. This is possibly the worse golf course experience I've ever had. But in Steward Pen. defense, when we entered the parking lot which was deplorable, we should have turned around then. I looked the course up on the Internet and it looked great, no mention on the website of it being a 9-hole course. After arriving and paying a very reasonable $24 each for my wife and I, went to first hole and realized it was a 9-hole course. Went in and had a very negative conversation with "Fred". Was told not to hang my head down, this course was a reknown course, and was told who designed it. I'm sure at some point in time, maybe even each and every year, it may be a nice condition course. But for sure the parking lot didn't get in its deplorable condition in a short period of time. The clubhouse was almost as unkept. When I ask if I could just get my M/C credited because there was no mention of it being a 9-hole course, I was told no golf course gives money back, to give it a try before being critical of it. I am a member/shareholder/owner of a golf course back home and one thing is for sure, if a customer is unhappy in any way, we make it right. That being said, being forced to continue, we teed off on #1 and without counting and purely estimating, there was possibly over one hundred ant mounts(large and small) on the first fairway. We immediately return to the clubhouse and received the Fred "reknown" response again. I ask for the name of someone I could call and given "Chad", with the same number as the clubhouse. When I question the number, Fred informed me Chad would be in on Wednesday. After continuing to play, after 9-holes, was approched by Fred and told that he talked to Chad and was authorized to cedit us for 9-holes. I accepted, but when I told Fred his reknown course resembled a "goat ranch" he told me the offer was off the table. This is fine with me, because this review is the truth and very much earned, the condition of the course on Monday Oct.17th, 2011 was deplorable, the parking lot was even worse and the club house was less than talked about on website. The website talks about holes #9 and #18 being Par 5's, but nowhere does it mention they are the same hole. My personal interpretation of the "course info" on the website gives the impression that the course is an 18-hole course. Fred informed me it was my job to determine and know what the course was before I paid.
Every word I have written here is the truth and attested to by myself, even if "Fred" on at least three occasions accused me of not having any "cooth".

This course is the worse kept up course I have ever seen. The greens look like a grid of divots. The club house is very run down and they try to fit in too many tee times, leaving you rushed to play t
