Course Review and Comments
The course was so dry, the greens so hard even with a 60 degree lob wedge, the ball bounced like it was on concrete. The greens weren't true and were off the stimp meter on one hole, dead on the next. It was very expensive and the green staff were constantly buzzing around in buggies. Highland Reserve is much better value as is Ridgewood Lakes and they are both off 17

16 of us spent a week at southern dunes last february and all are going back this year--we play other courses but i could play southern dunes everyday--it is that nice

Our group enjoyed it so much we did a second round. Looks very intimidating with all the sand but definitely plays fair. Course did everything possible to make our outing a positive experience. Only n

Very nice course in top condition,
easy if you hit good shots, if not you are in trouble, lots of sand.

Back yards were too close. Inside staff was not friendly, no smiles. Grounds staff was constantly in the way and noisey.
