Course Review and Comments
There are two signature pieces of Searsport Pines. The Pond on the Par 3, 9th hole and the Gazebo. There are rumors of a giant gold fish in the pond on the 9th hole. The par 9th hole, is all water from tee to green. There is a lot of room to miss to the right and behind the green but the 127 yard par 3 place deceptively long. The Gazebo offers all the aminities of a Mom & Pops eatery. Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, and most importantly cold beer on tap as well as a selection of local brews to choose from. I do recommend this course, especially for the journyman weekender that needs just enough of a challenge to keep coming back for more.
