my understanding from the locals is that this was a championship cours ein the 80's and the owners let it fall into disrepair. The new owners are making improvements and the course layout is great. The play is a bargain for the low green fees. I would have expected to pay $80 and been fine with that on this course. Course is remote and not crowded. Limited number of carts limits players.Ratings

| Course Greens/Fairways Condition Comments | overall course was 4 star, some of the greens were in good shape, while some had bare spots and fungus. All of the greens needed a mow. I played 4 times as I was staying at the course condos. The condition was the same all week. |
