I am very upset with staff not informing customers upon calling of competitions having them travel 140KM to play and they are shown away because the staff failed to do their job informing the customer upon events taking place, we phoned the previous day asking if we could play and the staff agreed that we may play because the course is open.Me and my dad had to go back 140KM home because of this bad service, another problem was with the previous visit, we were able to play but without our BOOKED cart because it was given out to other players without a cart booking and we only recieved it on the second 9.Please see to this problem on communication.
