Course Review and Comments

I played Rockleigh for first time today. booked tee for Red nine but frost delay meant I started on White 9 (nice greens, poor fairways). I expected to walk off 9th and onto 1st on Red nine. Was +6 at the time. i was directed by ranger to the blue. Course in awful condition. waterlogged fairways shut down two holes. leaves all over fairway. i lost a straight drive in leaves. No reduction in fee and feel like I was cheated by Bergen County.
