Great condition...Don't let the yardage fool you...Blue tees require A-game...Gold tees (back tees) really for 5 handicappers or less...Most greens are elevated and a lob wedge is a must...Fast greens .. lots of slope .. Very good price for rate paid in afternoon......Ratings
