Course Review and Comments

Ran a golf tourney for a college student with leukemia. Did not have a solid count of players. I knew I had 10 teams and told them I "might" have 15 or more teams. As it turned out we had 50 players. Everything went great. The players had food and drink afterwards. Thats when the bottom hit. I was informed by the pro that we would be charged for 72 players. They charged my credit card without my permission.
Bottom line: the college student loss $659.00 in tournament money because of the charge for 22 players we did not have. All 50 players said they would not play this course again.
Liked the course a great deal. The clubhouse is elegant. But again, will not hold a tournament or play there again!
