Course Review and Comments

Checked out some online reviews before playing and I can only say I am really surprised how good the course was in comparison to the reviews I read! The layout while a little back and forward around the turn was interesting in the most and also provided some spectacular views of Arthurs seat. The greens were some of the best parkland greens I have putted on so far this year and vastly better than my own course. I was informed in the pro shop that 14 of the greens had recently been re laid USGA spec which may explain the improvements over earlier reviews. Some really tough par 4 that proved a real challenge and a good overall mix of holes for a city centre course. Clubhouse and staff were very friendly. Definately worth a visit if staying in the city
