Course Review and Comments
the golf course is a good layout. there needs to be a little better knowledge on how to run a golf course. No realestate company needs to run the golf course. don't buy the course ,and let it get run down and try to sell the property around it . hint hint keep the course in good shape and people might want to live there. let the course greens die,and not put money back into it thats crazy. i know the the economy was bad but please don't put a band-aid on the equipment and try to get by with it`.we need more players . stop charging $33.00 for a coures that is only worth $25.00. drop the price to play and build-up more play. pine lake used to be a great place to play, but if you pay $33.00 on the weekend you are crazy.the course is getting better, but it could be soooooooooooooooooooooo much better. hey youngbloods put money in your investment, and you might do a hole lot better. if not go ahead and let aag have it. at least they can get it into shape.might pay a little more, but they know what their doing. im sure that this is just water under the bridge to you,and you know best but take it from me i play down there alot and i don't just show up 1 to 2 months out of the year........ see u at the lake ,well maybe not

Nice little track ... nice rolling hills, sits on a nice lake, the greens run a little slow - but the price is right.

Good classic layout that is not to short or to long. In its best condition between August and October. Sort of a links meats parkland layout.
